Redstone Gateway is a 468-acre, master-planned, mixed use project that will comprise approximately 4.6 million square feet of office, retail and hospitality space when completed. Our goal is to design an integrated business campus which will serve Huntsville’s next generation of businesses and their employees. It is designed as a pedestrian-friendly campus with several lakes, seating areas, pathways for walking or jogging, and public art that can be enjoyed by office tenants and visitors alike.
The project will contain approximately 4.4 million square feet of Class A office space, of which 1.2 million square feet will be secured office space “behind the fence” that will be designed to adhere to ATFP (anti-terrorist force protection) standards. Gate 9 and the Visitors Center will be relocated southerly to facilitate development phasing and improve traffic circulation through the gate to the secure campus.
The park will also contain over 124,000 SF of retail, service, and restaurants, including up to 300 hotel rooms and conference facilities.
